Sh. Yogesh Nagaich
Chief Executive Officer
Shri Yogesh Nagaich is an accomplished aviation professional with over 36 years of rich experience in the aviation sector. He started his career with Airports Authority of India (AAI) in year 1990 as Electrical Engineer. During his distinguished career with Airports Authority of India, he has played a pivotal role in the construction of Kangra Airport and Bhopal Airport, making significant contributions to the development and operational readiness of these airports. He possesses extensive experience in the installation, operation, and maintenance of critical airport electrical systems, particularly Airfield Ground Lighting facilities such as Runway Lighting, which is an essential facility for safe operation of any aircraft. He is also a Certified Aviation Safety Auditor. During his tenure in the Aviation Safety Directorate at the Headquarters of Airports Authority of India, he successfully carried out aviation safety audits of more than 20 airports across India. Prior to assuming charge as the Chief Executive Officer of Chandigarh International Airport Limited (CHIAL) on 14th July 2026, he served as the Airport Director of Maharana Pratap Airport, Udaipur, and subsequently as the Airport Director of Swami Vivekananda Airport, Raipur. During his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional leadership in airport management, operational excellence, and stakeholder coordination. In recognition of his outstanding performance at Maharana Pratap Airport, Udaipur, he was selected for the Member's Recognition Award in the year 2024–25 for successfully implementing several innovative passenger-centric initiatives, including establishing Kids Play Zone first among AAI-run Airports and providing 100% in-built mobile charging facility in each chair of the Airport. Thus, significantly enhancing passenger convenience and experience.

Mr. Surender Kumar is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Chandigarh International Airport Limited (CHIAL), with over two decades of distinguished experience in the aviation sector. A Commerce graduate from Kurukshetra University and a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI), he brings strong expertise in financial governance, strategic planning, compliance, and technology-driven financial transformation. Having begun his career with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) as a Junior Executive (Finance), he has held key leadership roles across multiple airports and has been instrumental in implementing integrated revenue management systems, developing airport tariff models in support of AERA, contributing to economic regulation and cost-recovery policies, and strengthening CPF Trust operations through compliant digital platforms. A recipient of the AAI Award for Exemplary & Dedicated Services and a Letter of Appreciation from the AAI Chairman, Mr. Kumar is known for his collaborative leadership, ethical governance, and continued contribution to financial excellence at CHIAL.
Sh. Nimit Sharma
Company Secretary
Nimit Sharma is an accomplished Company Secretary and a distinguished member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), with over 9 years of diverse professional experience across sectors including Corporate Law Consultancy, NBFC-Banking, Pharmaceuticals, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi (South Campus) and is also a qualified law graduate, which reinforces his comprehensive understanding of corporate and regulatory frameworks. In addition, he has earned multiple professional certifications from ICSI in key areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and Corporate Restructuring. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership in legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and strategic regulatory transitions. One of his key achievements includes successfully managing the complex transition process of converting a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) into a Small Finance Bank, showcasing his deep knowledge of financial regulations and licensing frameworks. With a grip over statutory compliances and governance processes, he continues to contribute to strengthening the legal and compliance functions in the organizations he associates with.
